Equipped with a newly developed P16S nozzle head and dual laser-visual recognition system, the equipment can accurately locate components and PCB boards, effectively reducing the placement offset rate and product defect rate. With a placement accuracy of ±0.04mm and a maximum chip component placement speed of 75,000CPH under optimal working conditions, it delivers excellent performance, which can fully meet the needs of high-speed and precision placement, especially suitable for production scenarios with high precision requirements such as LED substrates.

Adopting a compact design with a width of only 998mm, it greatly saves workshop floor space. It supports dual-track production and simultaneous production of two L-sized substrates, which can double the production efficiency of L-sized substrates and further improve overall productivity. The modular structure allows flexible configuration of P16S and P8 nozzle heads, adapting to the full range of placement needs from 03015 chips to 25mm square components, with convenient maintenance and maximum reduction of equipment downtime.

In addition, the equipment is equipped with low-impact placement function and pin component front-back inspection function to fully ensure placement quality, which can adapt to the placement needs of special scenarios such as flexible substrates.
